ESTAU Festival. The Four Crafts

Invited by Mistaker Maker, I created a set of four prints and a mural for the ESTAU Art Festival in Estarreja, Portugal.

Painted in Pardilhó, a village deeply rooted in artisanal tradition, the mural and illustrations celebrate four ancestral crafts of the region: tamancos (wooden clogs), moliceiros (iconic boats of the Ria de Aveiro), tapeçaria (weaving), and cestaria (basketry).

A visual homage to local heritage—where each piece echoes the hands, rhythms, and memory woven into the cultural fabric of the community.
